Episode 19: Wine Country without Alcohol with Coach Martha Wright

Welcome to our Coaches Series! I am excited to bring you some of my favorite powerhouse coaches that will share their specialties with all of us! Today is my friend and fellow TNM Coach Martha Wright.

My friend Martha Wright has created an alcohol-free life on the other side of owning a winery! And, she has done it with a sense of excitement, fun and adventure. She shares how to redefine hospitality, and how to enjoy wineries and other venues without missing out. She also has a unique approach that helps us shift our mindset from taking a 30 day break as a place of deprivation, an ‘alcohol time-out’, to a place of taking 30 days off as a playful treat and the ultimate self-care experience.

Martha Wright is a New Orleans-born wine industry veteran turned sobriety/mindful drinking coach. She works in small groups and 1:1 in her own practice, Clear Power Coaching, as well as coaching hundreds of people within This Naked Mind (founded by best-selling author Annie Grace) where she is a Senior Coach. She offers a path to regain control that focuses on understanding the neuroscience of habits, uncovering unconscious beliefs, honing coping tools, and cultivating fun and play. You can download her free guide, You Can Enjoy Wine Country Alcohol-Free and 4 Other Crazy Things No One Told Me About Sobriety
