My guest today is Angie Chaplin.  Founder and owner of Mindful Leadership + Recovery, Angie Chaplin is a speaker,

facilitator, educator and author with more than 20 years of work in human resources and organizational development. Leveraging her own journey from alcohol addiction to business owner, Angie guides leaders to live, love, and lead extraordinary lives of their own design.

In this episode, Angie walks us through the principles of leadership and how to  apply them to Personal Leadership. Her Value Mapping Model teaches us to use our own values as a guide to living AF. Angie shares her framework for change based on the 4 pt. Behavioral change model and shares how to create a WRAP a wellness recovery action plan.

This episode is chock full of practical tools and practical steps. As Angie says, life after alcohol is a ‘choose your own adventure’.
