Life coaching; what is it and how do I know if I need it?
Today, I am delighted to introduce you to my life coach, Lorna Wilson.
Lorna shares the in’s and out’s of what life coaching is designed to do (it’s not therapy and it’s not giving advice); how to find the right coach and she shares some of the tools she uses to move her clients forward. Lorna and I also get personal as we share our own Life Purpose Statements.
Lorna received her professional certification as a Life Coach (CPCC) through Coaches Training Institute which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a Senior Certified Coach with This Naked Mind Institute, helping people reevaluate their relationship with alcohol. Life’s not easy and we are often juggling demanding careers, family, relationships, or are in a phase of life where we know we need a change. Lorna helps clients move forward with joy and purpose.
In my own coaching practice, The Sober Nutritionist, I offer life coaching in freedom from alcohol, after alcohol and building a sober coaching practice. I currently have two spots open in my 1:1 coaching business. If you are interested, please click the link below to connect with me.
