Episode 36: Fit Recovery with Chris Scott

Fit Recovery and the Missing Links with Chris Scott

This episode is for my wellness enthusiasts! I had an amazing time learning from Chris Scott, the founder of Fit Recovery. We talk about everything from nutrition and gray area drinking, to the importance of bio chemistry on the road to recovery. Chris shares how his own trial of supplements and fitness allowed him to hack his own recovery and discover how to teach this to others. If you have ever doubted the importance of nutrition on this journey back to health, Chris will make you a believer!

Chris Scott founded Fit Recovery to help people from around the world transcend alcohol and optimize their health. He has been addiction-free since 2014. He is the author of Drinking Sucks!, creator of the online course and support community, Total Alcohol Recovery 2.0, and the cohost of the Elevation Recovery Podcast with Matt Finch.

An entrepreneur and professional member of the Alliance For Addiction Solutions, Chris has dedicated nearly a decade to studying alcohol recovery, natural supplementation, and fitness.
