Episode 46: Moms without Wine with Christy Osborne

My guest today is Christy Osborne, the creator of the wildly popular lovelifesobewithChristy Instagram account. Christy is an expat living in London where she has created resources for other moms around drinking and learning to live in a foreign country. Christy shares her own story of changing her relationship with alcohol and the joy she has found in being fully present with her family and children. Christy shares her take on the mommy wine culture and how she chooses to see the word ‘sober’ as a proud declaration of choosing a bigger, better and brighter life!

Christy is a Certified This Naked Mind Coach, helping moms in their 30s and 40s examine their relationship with alcohol. Christy grew up in Los Angeles, but relocated to London in 2008 where she  started a successful website to help other expat women navigate the transition across the pond. Her website became a hugely popular resource for American women in London.

In 2020, as the UK went into lockdown, Christy found This Naked Mind and spent the pandemic reading everything she could get her hands on to find freedom from alcohol. Then, in the hopes of once again helping moms, Christy began her alcohol-free coaching business.

Christy offers bespoke 1:1 coaching and small group coaching for busy moms who look like they have it all together on the outside but are secretly exhausted, stressed and looking to reevaluate their drinking.
