In my end of the year podcast episode I share a few ways to wrap up 2022  and how to welcome 2023. This process is rooted in Reflection, Celebration and Intention. I share some of my traditions as well as traditions from other mentors and friends. There are so many ways to move into a new year; perhaps you set goals or create a vision board. For the last few years I have chosen a word of the year which can create energy toward living out your intention. I recently started a process that involves reflecting on several areas such as:
