Episode 71 My Feisty Life with Natasha Zygaczenko

What happens at one year alcohol-free? I am delighted to share a special conversation with my friend Natasha Zygaczenko who recently celebrated 365 days without alcohol. Natasha shares her personal health journey and her realization last year that her life might be better without drinking. She admits that while her intuition told her that she would stop drinking forever, she felt unwilling to face the social pressure of a public breakup. Natasha is a creative at heart and we talk about what’s next as she opens her heart to new possibilities around nature, food and photography. Natasha highlights her spiritual awakening and the beauty of coming back to herself. From The Feisty Kitchen to the nature loving alcohol-free rebel, Natasha has truly created a feisty life!

Natasha is a creative rebel who uses photography as her medium of choice. She has enjoyed traveling the globe while exploring her passions. After years of struggling with her own health issues, she got certified as a Functional Nutritionist to help understand how to use food as medicine. Today, she primarily works with food and product brands as a content creator through beautiful images and videos and is working on several of her own creative projects. She currently lives in Humboldt County in Northern California where she enjoys hiking in the Redwood forests, beach walks and exploring the abundant beauty of nature all around. She recently celebrated 1 year alcohol-free.
