100 Episodes: Milestone Moments and Sober Reflections

Wow! I am celebrating my 100th episode of The Sober Edge podcast and I am so grateful and proud.
Today, I wanted to share some of the stats around these (nearly) two years and what has been featured on the podcast.

Out of 100 episodes, 71 were with guests! One of the best gifts of being a podcast host and I have been so fortunate to connect with some amazing guests.

29 were solo episodes where I shared some tactics or tips to help you let go of alcohol and grow in your sober life. It has been an honor to pop into your ear once a week and connect around this life we can create on the other side of drinking.

I aired one bonus episode during this time and 2 ‘Way Back Wednesday’ episodes. (previously published; one with Christy Wynne from AWAKE and one with Susan Larkin on AF Travel)

And, I have only had one ‘repeat’ guest. Any guesses? Coach Scott Pinyard was featured in Episode 9 and Episode 75.

The compilation that I created today features 5 diverse and popular episodes from the past 22 months. Here are the links to these special guest shows:
