How to let go of STRESS and find peace, clarity and joy!
Stress – we have a complicated relationship with stress. We find ourselves avoiding stress, blaming stress and creating stress. Today, I want to share two new ideas with you: 1. Stress is not all bad. 2. There is a way to let go of stress. The firs idea is all about hormetic stress. This is where we find small exposure to stress, ones where we return quickly back to baseline (homeostasis) are actually beneficial in building up resilience.
The second teaching point is about letting go of stress with something called ‘completing the stress cycle’. In this episode I share 9 ways to let go of stress as a proactive way of lowering our anxiety and creating more peace, clarity and joy.
